Alcune cose devono andare male per tutta la vita,
e prima lo sai meglio è.
È una follia combattere con l’infinito
e fallire alla fine nella lotta;
L’uomo più saggio cambia forma nel piano di Dio
come l’acqua prende la forma di un vaso.

As You Go Through Life

Don’t look for the flaws as you go through life;

It is wise and kind to be somewhat blind
And look for the virtue behind them.

The world will never adjust itself

And the sooner you know it the better.
It is folly to fight with the Infinite,
And go under at last in the wrestle;
The wiser man shapes into God’s plan
As water shapes into a vessel.
